Thank you for developing what I´ve been looking for. I downloaded several powerpoint to flash converters and none of them could deliver as good as you. I was ready to give up when a friend gave me a link to your webpage. Its really good that you can choose the free version, I think you will earn more in the end. I will defenitely upgrade iSpring Free to iSpring Pro in the future! Again... thank you!

Dear Venkat, Thank you for posting here. Yes, iSpring software doesn't support animated WordArts. They are considered as solid objects during conversion and are saved as raster images in the output FlashMovie. As for the sound conversion issue, please make sure that these sounds are audible in PowerPoint and are of the supported formats: MP3, WAV and WMA. If the problem repeats please provide us with the original PPT presentation, audio files and output Flash file to support@ispringsolution.com for research. Thank you in advance!

Dear iSpring: Just downloaded it today to test converting one of my presentations. Congratulations on building such a nice tool. It pretty much nicely covered all the complex slides I had. If I need to use it often, I would certainly purchase the pro version to support this great tool I had a few small issues though: 1. Word Art Text + Random Bars animation did not work. 2. Word Art Text + Grow and turn animation did not work. (Grow/Shrink worked properly) 3. Embedded sounds didn't work. Hope these feedback was useful. Sincerely, Venkat K.

This issue can be caused by two reasons - the DLL is still unregistered or the user account under which you log in to Windows doesn't have enough rights to run some of the processes.
